Introduction

Welcome to redrock83. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and redrock83 ("redrock83", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at redrock83.cam and any associated mobile applications or related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and must not register or maintain an account with redrock83. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with redrock83, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. redrock83 strictly prohibits the registration or use of the Platform by individuals under 21.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account must represent a genuine individual player only.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of redrock83 or any associated entity, unless expressly authorised in writing.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with redrock83 or have had an account previously terminated for breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Rules

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account with redrock83 at any time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, residential address, device, IP address, payment method, or email address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your redrock83 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify redrock83 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

redrock83 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your activity and you shall remain responsible for it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the redrock83 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). redrock83 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following verified payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

By making a deposit, you confirm that all funds are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. redrock83 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to request source of funds documentation at any time.

Withdrawal conditions include the following:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to methods verified under the same Player identity.
• A minimum KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed the verification process may experience delays.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Real Money Funds are withdrawable at any time, subject to any standard processing periods.
• redrock83 targets the following withdrawal processing times: eWallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These times are targets and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or pending KYC review.
• redrock83 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification for transactions that exceed standard thresholds or appear inconsistent with normal play patterns.

Bonuses & Promotions

redrock83 offers various promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, VIP rewards, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all redrock83 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Rollover multipliers for redrock83 bonuses typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is typically capped at MYR 250–500, as specified in the individual offer terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute a reduced percentage (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are detailed on the individual promotion pages.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit — typically 7, 14, or 30 days. Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to outstanding rollover at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain bonus types are classified as "sticky" — meaning the bonus principal cannot itself be withdrawn, only winnings derived from the bonus play. Non-sticky bonuses may be withdrawn upon satisfying rollover, subject to maximum cash-out limits.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This is typically expressed as a multiple of the original bonus amount (e.g., 5x the bonus) and will be specified in each individual offer.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while rollover is outstanding on an existing bonus is prohibited.
• Abuse and Fraud: redrock83 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, all associated winnings may also be voided.

redrock83 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The terms of any specific promotion, as published at the time of the offer, shall take precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagering activity on the redrock83 Platform — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and any other product category — is subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market, which are published within the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in any odds, game result, or payout calculation, redrock83 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings paid in error are not the property of the Player and may be reclaimed by redrock83 at any time, including by deduction from the Player's current Account balance.

For sports betting, all events are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body or sports organisation. redrock83 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement where the result is subject to protest, review, or exceptional circumstances.

• All game decisions are final once confirmed. No bets may be altered, cancelled, or voided by the Player after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and market. These are displayed within the Platform at the point of wagering.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology, ensuring independently verified fairness. Published RTP rates are accurate as at the date of publication and may be updated as game configurations change.
• redrock83 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or exclude any Player from specific games or markets at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the redrock83 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in the conduct described below is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point in the KYC or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which bets are placed through the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.
• Engaging in "chip dumping" — the deliberate transfer of chips or winnings to another player account through collusive gameplay.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit any software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Providing your login credentials to any third party, or using another Player's account credentials without authorisation.
• Any conduct that, in redrock83's reasonable judgement, is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players, staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the redrock83 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall appearance and design of the Platform — is the exclusive property of redrock83 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of redrock83.
• Use any automated data collection tools, web scrapers, or similar technologies on or in relation to the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use the redrock83 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by redrock83.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of redrock83's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, redrock83 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. redrock83 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of information presented, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, redrock83's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall redrock83's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim exceed the total amount you have deposited on the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

redrock83 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other users.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, redrock83 reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, all funds (including winnings) may be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the redrock83 support team via live chat. Any verified Real Money Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the standard withdrawal processing terms in Section 5.

Players who have opted for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling tools may not open a new account during the active exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which redrock83 is licensed and operated, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you agree to first contact the redrock83 support team to seek an informal resolution. redrock83 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receiving a formal complaint submission.

Where an informal resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process available under redrock83's applicable operating licence. The decision of any such dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation or any form of class-wide or consolidated proceedings against redrock83.

Amendments to These Terms

redrock83 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a communication to the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account and arrange the return of any verified Real Money Funds.
